1. Extraordinary scientific claim
EMGravity proposes a coherence-dependent coupling between electromagnetic and gravitational fields. This is a non-standard framework. The site presents experimental data and a theoretical derivation, but the central empirical claim — multi-day persistence of force after high-voltage disconnect — has not yet been independently replicated. Until and unless independent replication is reported, the framework remains a hypothesis. No statement on this site should be read as a peer-reviewed, settled scientific result.
2. Patent-pending status
Apparatus and methods described on the Service are the subject of US Provisional Patent Application No. 64/036,293. A provisional application establishes an early effective filing date but is not itself an issued patent and may never mature into one. Any reference to “patent pending” reflects the application's status as of the date stated and does not guarantee future grant.
3. Forward-looking statements
The Service contains forward-looking statements regarding future technical performance, replication outcomes, program timelines, licensing, and partnership prospects. Such statements are based on current expectations and assumptions and are subject to risks and uncertainties — including but not limited to: the outcome of independent replication; the rate and direction of bench-scale experimental progress; the availability of funding; regulatory action; and competing scientific interpretations of the data. Actual results may differ materially.
4. Not investment advice
Nothing on the Service constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any securities, an investment recommendation, financial advice, or a guarantee of future performance. Information about investor or partnership opportunities is general and does not take into account the particular financial circumstances of any reader. Any prospective investor or partner should conduct independent due diligence and consult their own legal, tax, and financial advisors.
5. Not professional advice
Content describing high-voltage construction, instrumentation, and bench experimental procedures is provided for information only and does not constitute engineering, medical, legal, or regulatory advice. You should not rely on the Service as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional in any relevant field.
6. High-voltage safety
The experiments documented on the Service involve voltages up to and exceeding 30 kV DC. Direct or capacitive contact with high-voltage circuitry can cause serious injury or death. Do not attempt to replicate any apparatus or procedure without appropriate training, safety equipment (Faraday enclosure, discharge stick, HV-rated probes, ground references), and adherence to all applicable safety codes and standards. EMGravity assumes no responsibility for any injury, death, or property damage resulting from your attempt to construct or operate any device described or depicted on the Service.
7. External links
The Service may link to third-party datasheets, papers, product pages, and other resources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of external sites, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
8. Use at your own risk
Information on the Service is provided in good faith and on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EMGravity disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, suitability, or reliability of any content. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. See our Terms of Service for the full liability and indemnification terms.
